Suzanne La Forgia is the president of the Out-of-Home Video Advertising Bureau (OVAB), where she oversees the development of industry events and initiatives to educate the advertising community on the power and reach of out-of-home video networks. Through the development of industry-wide standards and best practices including Audience Metrics Guidelines and an online Network Planning Guide, she works to ensure the planning, buying and measurement across networks is streamlined for ease of execution by advertisers and their agencies.

Prior to joining OVAB in February 2008, Suzanne was president of advertising sales for The Hotel Networks, the leading provider of national cable networks and video-on-demand programming into upscale and business class hotels across the country. While at the Hotel Networks, Suzanne served on OVAB's Executive Board and Research & Standards committee and was the organization's treasurer. Previously, Suzanne held advertising sales positions with the Hallmark Channel, Oxygen Media and Home & Garden Television.

Suzanne is a sought after speaker on the subject of place-based media and the proliferation of digital out-of-home networks.

Mike DiFranza serves as president and is the founder of Captivate Network, the national news and entertainment network that delivers quality programming and advertising to a highly desirable and targeted audience during the workday.

As a pioneer in the out-of-home video advertising market, Mike set out to change the way consumers interact with media, giving advertisers a new medium to reach their target audience. By leveraging his more than 20 years of media, marketing and sales experience, Mike pioneered his vision into reality with the creation of Captivate Network and led the company's rapid growth and expansion, as well as the successful acquisition by Gannett, Co. Inc.

Prior to founding Captivate, Mike served as the director for the Eastern U.S., Canadian and Latin American Business Units for Mentor Graphics. In that role, he supported the development of underlying technology for the media and telecommunications industries. Prior to his position with Mentor, Mike held various positions with Metheus Corporation and GCA Corporation.

A recognized expert in the media industry, Mike's views have been shared on national media outlest such as CNN, Marketwatch and MSNBC's "The News with Brian Williams". He is a frequent speaker at many industry events.

Andy Batkin is CEO of ProLink Media, the world's leading provider of Global Positioning Satellite ("GPS") golf course management systems and digital out-of-home on-course advertising.

Andy comes to ProLink from Innovative Media Solutions, LLC, where he was CEO and the creator of the People vs. the Pros golf event, which was added to the PGA TOUR's 2007 Challenge Event schedule, and the Trump Million Dollar Invitational. Prior to starting Innovative Media Solutions, Batkin founded Interactive Marketing, Inc. (IMI). In 1995, IMI became the Interactive Marketing Agency of Record for Yahoo, developing the branding and media plan to build the young company into an Internet powerhouse with a multi-billion dollar valuation.

He performed similar work for companies such as NBC, Netscape, Lycos and 24/7 Media, and created SuperBowl.com for the NFL. In 1983, Andy helped found the interactive media industry, and has more than 25 years experience creating integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for Fortune 500 and entertainment companies and brands like Anheuser-Busch, BASF, CBS, Pepsi-Cola, Walt Disney, NBC, Nickelodeon and ESPN.

The Marketing Committee is responsible for developing OVAB's brand position, as well as activities that build awareness and promote the use of out-of-home video advertising networks and their stakeholders. The OVAB Marketing Committee provides marketing advice and expertise in support of all OVAB programs and initiatives.
The OVAB Research and Standards Committee develops industry-wide research methodologies and works to set and gain acceptance of standards and best practices for measurement within the out-of-home video industry.
The OVAB Membership Committee works to provide added-value benefits for existing network, agency and supplier constituents and attract new members to strengthen the growth of the industry. The committee establishes rules governing applications and requirements for membership and determines whether members meet the membership qualifications established in the ByLaws.
The OVAB Client Events Committee oversees and organizes best-in-class client/agency events for the out-of-home video industry. The committee works to ensure our events are reflective of the industry's needs for information, and provide opportunities for connections that support our members' growth.
Jason Brown is the President, Sales and Marketing for Ideacast, a national provider of live network television and advertising to 1,000 top-tier healthclubs across the country, with additional partners in air, transit, retail and entertainment venues including Six Flags theme park.

Jason is a 15-year veteran of media sales at companies such as Screenvision and Discovery Networks. In his role as EVP with Screenvision, he had oversight of custom content agreements with such leading national advertisers as American Express, HBO, Discovery Networks and Verizon Wireless.

He also led the company's U.S. national and regional sales teams, developing sales strategy and managing six sales teams in the firm's New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Kansas City and Chicago offices. He was responsible for revenue generated via national and regional cinema Preshow ads, slides, promotional extensions and in-theatre integrated marketing programs. Previously, he served as SVP of national sales for the company and as VP of its eastern regional sales team.
Michael Chico is EVP, Sales and Marketing for ScreenVision, the world's leading cinema advertising company, providing premium marketing and media solutions for advertisers and comprehensive representation of the cinema advertising interests of its theatrical exhibitor partners.

Based out of the company's New York City headquarters, Michael is responsible for overseeing all of Screenvision's National, Regional and Local sales in New York, Los Angeles, Detroit, Kansas City, Dallas and Chicago -- one of the largest sales forces in the media industry, with approximately 150 full time account executives. As EVP of Sales and Marketing, Chico identifies and launches new product and service offerings and oversees Screenvision's overall sales and marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Screenvision in August 2007, Michael was Executive Vice President of Advertising Sales for Madison Square Garden, Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing the MSG and Fox Sports Net New York networks, as well as signage, integrated marketing and naming rights for the theater at Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and the Beacon Theater. Additionally, he has served on the senior sales management teams of the NBC television stations and the ABC television stations, as well as Vice President, Integrated Sales at, ESPN.

Sue Danaher is President of Reatrix, a digital out-of-home media platform that allows consumers to interact with ads as a featured destination at the malls and theatres where they are distributed. As traditional media loses its ability to captivate consumers who now have increasingly more control over the ads they see Reactrix has invented a whole new way to engage audiences where they gather outside the home.

A seasoned veteran of the media industry, Sue brings more than two decades of branding, research, planning, marketing and sales expertise to her role at Reactrix. Her experience with blue chip clients across diverse markets is invaluable in guiding the rapid growth of the revolutionary Reactrix network as it helps define the next generation of media.

One of the cable industry's most influential executives, she has cultivated a diverse array of cable television networks: MTV, Nickelodeon, TV Land, Spike, TBS, TNT and others into household names. Playing a key role in establishing cable as a viable medium for top brand advertisers, she developed a distinct talent for defining niche audiences to match target demographics with the right brands across multiple platforms; cable, online, broadband, print and events.

Francois De Gaspe Beaubien is Chairman of Zoom Media, the largest provider of targeted out of home media and marketing solutions in North America. Zoom currently owns 48,000 targeted billboards and has recently installed 1,000 digital screens.

Francois has worked in media for over 20 years. In 1996 he was the president of Canada's largest consumer publishing company (titles such as TV Guide and Elle). As co-CEO of Telemedia he oversaw the creation of one of Canada's largest Radio companies (over 80 radio stations). He and his siblings sold all their media properties (magazines and radio) by the end of 2002 in order to focus on the growing billboard industry, specifically indoor billboards with their acquisition of Zoom Media in its entirety in 2003 (having been a shareholder since 1995).

Francois is also the Executive Chairman of Ayuda Media Systems, builders of BMS.net (Billboard Management System), a software that caters to all the operational needs of the Out Of Home (OOH) industry.

Jeff Jensen serves as the President of AdSpace, the largest audio/video place-based narrowcast network in shopping malls.

Prior to joining Adspace, he was the senior vice president - sales for the SmartSource iGroup, a division of News Corp., where he established the SmartSource Savings Network as the nation's leading provider of online promotions for consumer packaged goods products. Before that, he was senior vice president for retail marketing with the News America Division of News Corp. During his time with News America, he was charged with managing the core asset of this in-store business - the network of retailers with which the organization contracted for the placement of its products. He also was the founder of the nation's premiere co-marketing program for consumer-packaged goods Price Feature Plus.

Tom Lapcevic is the founder and CEO of ClubCom, the leading provider of private media networks for the fitness industry.

ClubCom is the global leader in private television networks to clubs and fitness facilities, offering customized audio/video entertainment, network systems and advertising, with proprietary technology enabling facilities to customize content as well as prepackaged ads promoting in-house services.
David Leider is the CEO of GSTV, a national digital media network with compelling programming and unique advertising opportunities for the marketplace offering an unrivaled gas retailer consumer entertainment experience.

With 20 years in the media, automotive, consumer packaged goods, retail and technology sectors, David was most recently in senior management with Yahoo!, Inc., one of the world's leading media companies. At Yahoo! he had sales, strategy, marketing, and public relations oversight for their automotive, consumer packaged goods, Pharma, and Travel categories. Leider's previous experience includes senior level positions at three of the top advertising, marketing, and interactive companies in the world, JWT, Doner, and Organic. In those capacities, he managed client relationships, business operations and marketing integration for a number of the top automotive, consumer packaged goods, retail and financial brands in the world including DaimlerChrysler AG, Ford Motor Company, Campbell Soup Brands, Kohl's, Canadian Tire, and Comerica.

David has represented his companies at numerous events and keynoted major industry conferences.

Mark Mitchell is the EVP Sales and Marketing for the Wall Street Journal Office Media Network, a state-of-the-art communications service that delivers up-to-the-minute news, building messages and advertising through high-definition digital flatscreens located in premier office buildings across the U.S.

Mark is a seasoned media sales executive, with experience that spans traditional broadcast television, internet and out-of-home digital networks. Prior to joining OMN, Mr. Mitchell spent the past five years as Executive Vice President of Sales for Premiere Retail Networks (PRN), the world's largest provider of retail television services. Top retailers such as Albertsons, Best Buy, Circuit City, Costco, SAM'S CLUB and Wal-Mart were among the partners included in PRN's portfolio. During Mr. Mitchell's tenure as head of local and national advertising, sales at the company increased five-fold, leading to PRN's acquisition by the French media conglomerate Thomson in 2005.

Prior to PRN, Mark spent more than 10 years with the ABC Television Network, holding several senior management positions in many dayparts, including Senior Vice President of Sales for the Network's Daytime, Children's, and SoapNet division. At it's peak, sales activity under Mr. Mitchell exceeded over $1B. He also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for POGO.com, managing a 27-member national sales force for this leading on-line family games service prior to its merger with Electronic Arts.

Gerry Noble is the CEO and President of Transit Television Network, the largest out-of-home digital network providing information, entertainment and advertising to transit riders across North America.

Transit TV's network of 8,500 television screens can be seen on 3,900 transit vehicles across Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando and Milwaukee, creating one of the largest digital out-of-home networks in North America and the largest specifically targeting transit riders. Transit TV enhances riders journeys, provides transit agencies with an additional revenue source, and enables advertisers to reach a previously untapped young audience.

Michael Quinn is Senior Vice President of Research and Strategic Development for PRN, the world's most experienced provider of digital media solutions at retail. Michael works closely with PRN's retailers and manufacturers to develop and optimize all of PRN's retail-media solutions throughout their lifecycle. Michael joined PRN in 1996 as employee number 22 and helped grow the company to 250 employees, who service clients such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Costco, SuperValu and Sam's Club.

Prior to joining PRN, Michael worked at the Quaker Oats Company in Brand Management. While at Quaker, he managed multiple business including Oatmeal Cereals, Granola Bars and LIFE cereal.

Dario L. Santana is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ntn Buzztime, a leading developer and distributor of interactive entertainment games and technology.

Dario Santana was most recently President of Tyco Fire & Security - Latin America, a services and technology company with annual revenues approaching $300M. Prior to joining Tyco in October 2002, he was the President and COO of Aerocast, Inc. a streaming media start-up, which delivered entertainment quality video to the broadband enabled home. Mr. Santana was an executive with General Instrument/Motorola Broadband from 1992 until 2000; his last role at Motorola was VP/GM Advanced Network Systems. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an engineering degree from Purdue University.

Stewart Stockdale is the co-chairman of OnSpot Digital Network, a high-definition digital network offering lifestyle programming, news, shopping-center content and consumer advertising to Simon Mall shoppers in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and other major American markets.

A joint venture between Simon Property Group and Publicis Group, OnSpot Digital Network sells commercial time on screens placed at or near the entrances, food courts, escalators and corridors of Simon malls across the country.
David Teichner is the CEO of Channel M, the largest provider of content and advertising for out-of-home video in North America, where he is responsible for the company's strategic direction, managing the senior staff, and interacting with shareholders. David also leads the company's business development and growth strategy.

Since joining Channel M, he has cultivated its network from 100 video arcades into the industry's largest provider of out-of-home video in North America. David's vision has ensured the company's financial growth, attracting top-notch management, employees, advisors, and investors. Through his direction, Channel M now reaches millions of targeted consumers annually with award winning and cutting edge video content in 20,000 retail locations and also provides marketers in-venue advertising opportunities in 7,000 locations.

David Teichner came to Channel M in 1997 after founding and managing Genco Advertising, a collegiate marketing company.
